In this assignment, we are required to prepare a Strategic Development Plan for the assigned company 'Scanteak'. Throughout the plan, we will be evaluating on their current strategy, critical analysis of competitors, and the evaluation of eternal and external factors.

I and my team members have done a thorough analysis and have came up with feasible recommendations that well established furniture company in Singapore, namely Scanteak, can adopt to defend themselves from strategic attacks initiated by competitors. This will in term will help Scanteak in the long run.

Our team has managed to secure a 'Distinction' Grade for this assignment.
