In this assignment, we are required to choose a topic in helping 'Adecco', the world leading HR solutions company, to solve HRM issues that they are facing. Our team have selected to tackle 'How would you ensure true Diversity and Inclusion within the organisation?'

We have come up with feasible solutions and recommendations for Adecco to adopt and improve their overall company culture as a whole. This in turn will help Adecco to sustain a competitive advantage in the long run as diversity and inclusion seems to be a common issue in most HR firms in Singapore.

Our team has managed to secure a 'Distinction' Grade for this assignment, and also was being invited by Adecco to present our solutions and recommendations at their HQ in Singapore.
